Returns & Refunds
We want every experience with Doveora to feel joyful and safe. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In its original condition: unworn, unused, with tags

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To begin a return, please email us at support@doveora.com. We’ll guide you with next steps and return instructions. Kindly note:

  • Returns must be approved first

  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Items sent without prior return approval can’t be accepted

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We lovingly check every order before it leaves us, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please email us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll make it right — pinky promise.


Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are made just for you, the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personalized or custom-made items

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges
If you’d like something different, the quickest way is to return your item (if eligible) and place a new order separately once the return is approved.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
